We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

To implement a relationship management strategy for the designated customer portfolio, and assist the CMB manager in acquiring new small value facility business

To ensure good quality lending to small size facility customers, safeguarding the bank from potential loss and maintaining a high level of compliance with local regulations / Group procedures

To handle miscellaneous credit related enquiries for the CMB team

To increase HSBC brand recognition and assist the CMB manager in making HSBC the leading foreign bank in Nantong

To develop skills to meet existing and future business needs

資歷

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

University graduate or above (recognized by the state), with minimum 3 years banking related working experience

Good command of spoken and written English

Good analytical thinking and attention to details

Good communication skills

Strong organisational capabilities

Strong sales record and a result-orienteds mindset

Excellent relationship management skills
